Welcome to my professional world!
Currently, I am a Postdoc at the Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology (Eawag), ETH Zurich Domain.
My research focuses on reconstructing past environmental and climatic conditions to better understand the interactions between climate, the environment, and human activity. Lakes and their sediments are at the core of this work, as they provide exceptional natural archives of past environmental and climate change.
In addition to my research, I am committed to supporting a sustainable future for early career researchers in Swiss academia and research. As co-founder and the chair of the Global SNSF Fellows Network – a platform built by and for fellows – and as a European regional representative for the Past Global Changes Early Career Network (PAGES ECN), I advocate for the next generation of researchers.
